Normal Opening Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 12.30pm, 1.30pm – 4.30pm. Friday 9am – 12.30pm, 1.30pm – 3pm.
Any changes to operating during Alert Levels will be notified on the door, on the telephone message or on our Facebook page.

The following clinics and morning brunch are planned for September but may change due to changing Alert Levels.

B4 School Check Thursday 2nd September

Foot clinic Tuesday 14th September $30 for foot soak, nail trim and massage from Heather. 10.30am – 12.30pm. Please call the health centre to book your place.

COVID vaccine clinic – Saturday 18th 2021. Booking are essential. At this stage you can only book in for your second shot. When we have knowledge of an October clinic, we will take bookings for first and second vaccinations.

Ladies Brunch – Our September gathering is Monday 20th September 11am. Please bring a plate for shared brunch. If you would like to come along, please contact Emma at EHC or text 021 250 3015.

Ears clinic Tuesday 21st September with Liz Kirkland at Wairarapa Ears To You times TBC. Please call the health centre to book in

Weekly Well-being Groups
Well-being activities are cancelled at Alert Level 4. This includes access to the exercise equipment in the gym. We hope they resume soon

Monday 9.45am – 10.30am Chair Yoga at St. Cuthbert’s Hall.

Tuesday 9.10am – 10am Community Exercise Group at EHC.

Wednesday Menz Shed 9.30am – 12.30pm.

Te Reo Classes on Mondays 6.30pm – 8.30pm

Please remember to eat as well as you can over these trying times. Check in with your breathing, take some long deep breaths and extend your exhale to bring calm. Get a little exercise every day, a walk in the garden when the sun comes out or stretching whilst sitting in your chair.
