Friday 9am &#8211; 12.30pm, 1.30pm &#8211; 3pm.<\/strong><br>Any changes to operating during Alert Levels will be notified on the door, on the telephone message or on our Facebook page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have not liked our new page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pg\/EketahunaWellness\/posts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Te Whare Ora o Eket\u0101huna<\/a>, please do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thank you to all those who attended the Eket\u0101huna Community Garden in October.<\/strong> <br>Another great turn out by the community along with a donation of top soil from Bevan Shannon. Our spring planting is underway. Thank you to those who have already given seeds and seedlings. We welcome all donations and offers of help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I<strong>f you are interested in using kitchen scraps to feed your plants, we are hosting a Composting Workshop Thursday 11th November 6.30pm &#8211; 7.30pm at Eket\u0101huna Community Garden<\/strong>. <br>The tutor has run successful workshops in Dannevirke and Woodville. We thank Wairarapa REAP for supporting. Details to follow on Te Whare Ora o Eket\u0101huna Facebook page and posters around town. We will be running an annual food drive in conjunction with Eket\u0101huna Police and Eket\u0101huna Fire Brigade to boost stocks for Eket\u0101huna Food Bank. More details to follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Survey for those who have used food banks or community food distributors with kai\/food.<\/strong> <br>As part of the Food Secure Communities project, we are looking for feedback on our Google Forms survey. If you are keen to let us know about your experience and give us feedback, please call Emma on 021 250 3015 or speak to the clinical staff. The survey is also on our Facebook page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Weekly Well-being Groups<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monday 9.45am &#8211; 10.30am Chair Yoga at St. Cuthbert\u2019s Hall. Koha.<\/li><li>Tuesday 9.10am &#8211; 10am Community Exercise Group at EHC. Koha. If you use the gym during this class or at any other time, please remember to clean down the equipment after use.<\/li><li>Wednesday Menz Shed 9.30am &#8211; 12.30pm. New members are welcome.<\/li><li>Te Reo classes on Mondays 6.30pm &#8211; 8.30pm. Term 3 continues.
