When the Eket\u0101huna Lions Club went into recess in 1994, Promotions Eket\u0101huna was asked to take over the award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The judges would be looking for those who have made a great contribution to the area in a humanitarian way. The winner need not necessarily be a public figure.
