Key concepts are vibrancy and character, safety and useability, connectivity, buildings, and community involved. Board Members are also available to listen to your ideas.<br>We are planning to consult on a community-led development plan.<br>Due to changes in the Eket\u0101huna Civil Defense Committee it was decided that the Eket\u0101huna Community Board will take over this role with plans to meet will all services concerned and update the Civil Defense plan.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"474\" height=\"474\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eketahuna.co.nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/civildefence.png\" alt=\"civil defence\" class=\"wp-image-5236\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eketahuna.co.nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/civildefence.png 474w, https:\/\/www.eketahuna.co.nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/civildefence-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.eketahuna.co.nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/civildefence-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 474px) 100vw, 474px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><br>We acknowledged to passing of several community members, <strong>John Fisher<\/strong>, <strong>Jane Goddard<\/strong>,<br><strong>Bud Jones<\/strong> and <strong>Mike Parsons<\/strong> and <em>send our condolences to their families<\/em>.<br>Full meeting minutes and Community Board member contact details can be viewed on the TDC website and the meetings are open to the public. If anyone has any items they\u2019d like to present please submit them in writing two weeks before a meeting so they can be added to the agenda.
