Our mission is to provide services to promote a healthy community through affordable health services, community participation and education. Enrolment is easy and you remain registered with your GP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our nurse-led clinic is open Monday &#8211; Thursday 9am &#8211; 12pm, 2pm &#8211; 4pm; Friday 9am-12pm, 1.30pm-2.45pm. When we are closed, call Healthline on 0800 611 116.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Our holistic health offering includes our nurse-led clinic, counselling, addiction services, and Plunkett. We have user pays service from Back in Action every Wednesday; go to<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.getbackinaction.co.nz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.getbackinaction.co.nz<\/a> to book this service.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the month of February, we will be encouraging everyone to consider their Heart Health and what steps they can take to improve it. The nurses are keen to support with smoking cessation and can refer patients to our health coach Megan or Jono of Think Hauora exercise programmes for those with long term health conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please remember gym facilities are open during clinic hours for gold coin donation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Weekly Well-Being Activities: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mondays Chair Yoga 9.45am at St. Cuthbert&#8217;s Hall and Wednesdays <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menz Shed (next to the health centre) from 9.30am.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wairarapa Community Law unfortunately will not be here Tuesday 3 February<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The excellent Eket\u0101huna Crop Swap is Sunday 15 February 10.30am. Please ensure you bring something garden related to swap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our monthly ladies&#8217; brunch will be on Monday 16 February 11am at St. Cuthberts Hall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eket\u0101huna Community Garden working bee will be Thursday 20 February 10am-12noon<\/strong>. We would love some more volunteers.
