Pūkaha – Introduces New Spring Menu

Susan – the Kākā Café’s head chef – has been busy refining and honing recipes to bring a new Spring flavour based around ‘freshness’. Here’s a peak at three of the dishes on the new menu. She says you’ll have to visit Pūkaha over October to see the rest!

  • +Roast apple and brie quiche with buttery pastry
  • +Pear and sticky roasted walnut salad with cider dressing and gorgonzola
  • +Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto with eggs hollandaise.
