EHC is open five days a week.
Monday – Thursday 9am – 12.30pm, 1.30pm – 4.30pm.
Friday 9am – 12.30pm, 1.30pm – 3pm.
There will be a working bee for the community garden in May or early June, Date to be confirmed.

Please remember to eat well, sleep well and take a little exercise each day to maintain your health as winter approaches. If you need support with any of these, the nurses at Eketahuna Health Centre can help including smoking cessation.
Weekly Well-being Groups
Monday’s
9.45am – 10.30am Chair Yoga at St. Cuthbert’s Hall. Koha.
There is no Chair Yoga class Monday 2nd May. Chair Yoga is open to all but especially those who find it difficult to practice on the floor. If you would like to join us from May 9th, call Emma on 021 250 3015
6.30pm – 8.30pm Te Reo classes with Jordan Bennett. Please call her on 027 855 4739 to book a place.
Te Reo classes at EHC will restart for term two for those already enrolled. This will be the second term of the course. Thank you to Wairarapa REAP for their continued support. New learners can join in term three.
Tuesday’s
Tuesdays Community Exercise Group is currently on hold as Jono from Think Hauora is busy with his one to one clients. If you would like to use the gym at the back of the health centre, we have a running machine, weights, a rowing machine and a bike. There are resistance bands and smaller equipment also with lots of ideas for workout on the notice board. Access is only during clinic hours. Please talk to the nurses or Jono van Klink, clinical exercise physiologist, in the first instance.
Wednesday’s
9.30am – 12.30pm Menz Shed. New members most welcome.
