Well-being Activities

Monday Chair Yoga at St.Cuthbert’s Hall (behind Eketāhuna Four Square) is open to all. It provides a gentle practice working on strength, mobility and balance. We start at 9.45am each Monday. Koha.
The community gym class is on Tuesdays 11am with Jono. The gym is also available for use during clinic hours by members of the Eketahuna Community. Your gold coin donation is used to maintain the gym equipment.
Wednesday Menz Shed welcomes new members. From 9.30am every Wednesday with shared kai around midday.
Monthly Ladies Brunch will take place Monday 20th February at 11am St. Cuthbert’s Hall. Lunch will be provided.
