Kia Ora, I am Shirley Henderson, Senior Clinical Hypnotherapist and Massage Therapist.

I live in Eketāhuna and offer two services to our wonderful community. Remedial Massage at The Cottage, Opaki-Kaiparoro Road, Eketāhuna.

I have massaged for 23 years, providing remedial massage for hard working people who want to maintain their health and wellbeing.  Massage is by appointment only and strictly therapeutic. Utopia Hypnotherapy to achieve the changes you want in your life.

Hypnotherapy can be used to reduce stress levels on an everyday basis and introduce new mind-sets to support lasting change. Hypnotherapy is powerful and helps with habits, phobias, anxiety, fears, becoming smoke or vape free and more.
