Friday 9am -12pm, 1.45pm – 2.45pm.

Well-Being Activities:
Mondays Chair Yoga 9.45am at St. Cuthberts Hall (no class Easter Monday),
Tuesdays Gym class with Jono from 11am,
Wednesdays Menz Shed from 9.30am.

If you have registered with the health centre and completed a gym form, you are welcome to use the gym during clinic hours.

The last Te Reo Maori classes for term one will be Monday 8th April 6.30pm – 8.30pm. Term two class starts Monday 29th April.

Next ladies’ brunch is Monday 15th April.
Next Bush SuperGrans session is Monday 6th May. Both of these start at 11am and are held at St. Cuthberts Hall. Many thanks to the Anglican church who make this facility available to us.

We have a B4 School Check clinic on Thursday 11th April. Please call the health centre to let us know you and your 4 year old will be attending.

There will be a Covid and flu vaccine clinic on Thursday 11th April. Book in by phone or in person prior to the event.

Our next Hamua Ora Heartlands Catch Up is also Thursday 18th April 10am to 2pm. The wonderful ladies from this service can help you find solutions to WINZ, IRD or ACC queries.

Call or text Emma, Community Coordinator, on 021 250 3015 to access our food bank service. Many people are feeling the pinch so please think of others when taking from the pataka kai. We love how so much garden produce is shared here.

Eketāhuna Community Garden has a working bee on Sunday 7th April 10.30am. Our next community crop swap is Sunday 21st April 10.30am at the health centre. Please ensure you bring something garden related to swap.

Thank you to those came to our Special General Meeting last month and those who celebrated Neighbours Aotearoa at Tortilla Thursday. Special thanks to Tararua Community Services, Tararua Kai Collective, Hamua Ora Heartlands and Bush SuperGrans for this collaborative event. Together we grow.
