The inaugural Eketāhuna Health Centre Horse Trek was a great success with 31 riders attending. The weather gods were kind and the whole day was a blast.

Food Rescue. The event raised $1890 for our day-to-day operating costs.

We have a Late-Night Clinic Wednesday 30 April 5pm – 7.30pm for flu vaccines, women’s health, childhood imms., Boostrix and Shingrix. Please book in, walk-in might be available.

- Tuesday 7 May Wairarapa Law 1pm – 3pm. Free legal advice.
- Eketāhuna Community Garden working bee Thursday 15 May 10am – 12noon. Join in with maintaining the garden and enjoy a cuppa after.
- Eketāhuna Crop Swap Sunday 18 May 10.30am onwards. Please bring something garden related to swap.
- Ladies Brunch is Monday 19 May 11am. Join other ladies from our district and enjoy brunch on us!
- Eketāhuna Food bank may be able to help with emergency kai assistance. Call Emma 021 250 3015
- We have a pataka kai which is there for everyone.
We had community BBQ on Thursday 10 April. We fed our community with 90 beef burgers and 58 burger buns. It was great to see so many there.
Our garden is looking fantastic and we look forward to developing it further. Many thanks to Waireka Trust who have approved a grant to build a roof over our BBQ and seating area.
