As a quick re-brief, our Constitution had to be updated to meet the requirements of the NZ
Incorporated Societies Act, with the Constitution passed at a General Meeting, then loaded onto the
Incorporated Societies Register by 5th April 2026. The Constitution as attached was discussed and
written by the Executive Committee. We value your input into our new Constitution and encourage
you to have a read through, and if you have any queries can you get back to me by Tuesday 10th
March 2026, by email with your query.

If you are happy with the Constitution there is no need to reply, with the Constitution then being
ratified at the General Meeting.
