Mid-way through October we were delighted to announce that we hatched our first kiwi chick of the season!!Say hello to MB116. This little one is doing very well, having taken to feeding itself early.Visitors can now see our kiwi chick in our nocturnal kiwi house.

Now is the time gather any non-perishable food items for our Christmas Kai Drive. This annual food drive provides for Christmas food parcels and helps replenish our food bank stocks to maintain our food bank service throughout the year. This is jus a friendly reminder that Eketahuna Santa Cruz is happening this Saturday the 26th November.
For the duration of the Parade 10:30am -1:00pm Main Street from the 50km/h sign to the War memorial will be closed. Diversions will be in place for vehicles to use Church St for those travelling through town and Bengston St for those travelling along SH2.
We ask that you do not park along these streets at this time to ensure that traffic can flow and so minimise disruption.

A Tribute for Queen Elizabeth II will be held on 26 September at 11am at the Waka Park, after which the Museum will open from 12 – 2pm featuring items from her reign. All Welcome.
